Lately, I’ve been consumed by all things home and interior related — manically googling furniture shops in certain areas, stalking their Instagram accounts and websites, and obsessively pinning to at least five (5) Pinterest boards. Although physically and financially exhausting, I am having a lot of fun admiring those objects that I have ignored previously.
Apart from the major furniture or design components of furnishing your own space, I believe that the little details bring about the personality and ambiance to the room. Although Al and I are still in the major part of the furnishings, I am already mentally shopping at my favorite home decor stores for the pieces to include in our future home. Right now, I find myself more drawn to the home and appliance section and not the fashion or beauty ones. Lifestyle and home-decorating blogs and Instagram accounts have been my go-to places to de-stress.
